    Scott Oser has almost 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the association industry. Since starting Scott Oser Associates 15 years ago he has been fortunate to have worked with an extensive number of individual membership and trade, organizations in a wide variety of industries.  Scott is highly skilled in creating effective sales and marketing programs with the ability to align resources and operations to consistently achieve and exceed goals.


    Claire has worked in corporate sales, events, and marketing for over two decades. Her firm provides sales and workplace development training and meetings & events planning for small and mid-sized businesses. More importantly, they strive to support and grow businesses to make meaningful connections and contributions for their clients. An Authorized Wiley Partner, and skilled Facilitator/Trainer/Coach for all Everything DiSC products. 


    The session will be moderated by Phil Rappoport, president-elect of the MPI Potomac Chapter and founder of  Virlybird, a planner support agency. Prior to Virlybird, he served as VP and General Manager of the AgendaPop mobile event app since 2015. In addition to MPI, Phil is a member of PCMA, ASAE, SGMP, and other meeting organizations. His career has spanned the Internet and broadcasting, holding management positions at AOL, Sony, Fox Television New York, and radio stations in Chicago, Cincinnati, and New York. He was the producer for a weekly late-night program for the ABC Television Network featuring the top artists in rock music.
