At this time of giving, I want to give thanks and appreciation to our Greater Orlando Members. Members from 1984, the beginning of our chapter, to the years and beyond, of board members and committee members throughout the years who have made us what we are today.
We are celebrating 30 years of the evolution of Meeting Professionals in the Greater Orlando Area. We are the backbone of what the meetings industry has become. Orlando is the number one destination in the world and we are so proud to know that we give 541 Million dollars to the economy of placing meetings in our backyard and around the world. Orlando boast theme parks, world class hotels, and the best convention center that any company, association or small meeting corporation would want to be at.
It's about solutions, it's about meetings, it's about collaborations, and it's all about families.
That's what we do in this area.. from the Coast of the beaches, (Daytona, Cocoa, Vero) to the fine hills of Lake, and Sumter Counties to the very heart of Orlando's International Drive is what we do and who participates in our family of meeting professionals.
Orlando area is a unique mix of sand, dirt, hills ,and attractions that I know doesn't exist anywhere else in a climate that boast an average of 74* (sometimes hotter in July...lol) where conventioneers, families and friends can say... we come together to make Meetings Meaningful!
