The Beauty Bus fundraising event took place in Los Angeles California at the California Science Center
on May 5, 2013. We feel so honored and privileged to be a part of such a
great cause and to help with the technical production for this
wonderful fundraising event.
“The Beauty Bus Foundation delivers dignity, hope and respite to
chronically or terminally ill men, women and children and their
caregivers through beauty and grooming services and pampering products.”
Guests enjoyed the interactive brunch at Beauty Bus’ Beauty Drive as
well as complimentary makeovers at the beauty stations. There was also a
men’s lounge with haircuts and nail buffing by ORLY.
Kids had fun in the “kids corner” with glimmer, tinsel and feather
application plus face painting!. Some of the amazing sponsors included NYX Cosmetics who offered lips makeup application, Bosley Professional Strength offered scalp analysis, Instyler Professionals offered hairstyling, and Beauty Bus volunteers offered braiding and tinsel.
Toni the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of NYX Cosmetics won
Beauty Bus’s lifetime achievement award. The lifetime achievement award
goes to someone who is committed to giving back with passion, and making
the world more a beautiful place for everyone, but especially for those
who are facing challenging times.
