Meeting and Event Executives

Hello planners, we're looking for a comprehensive registration software option to replace ePly as we move into our 2023/2024 conferences. 

We are looking for an option that can handle complex registration forms, but is intuitive enough that it doesn't take 40+ hrs of our time to set up the form.

We've had an initial demo with GTR Events and are exploring Cvent, Pheedloop and Aventri. 

Please send along any pros and cons from your experience and/or if there is a magical new option we have not considered yet!

Hi there, I recommend GTR and for an even more custom solution - Streampoint. Happy to make an intro to Streampoint if you're interested. 
I am not a fan of CVENT of Aventri for various reasons. 
Are you looking to do all of the work on the back end yourselves or have it built out for you? Can provide a better recommendation once I understand that.
