    Basecamp is super easy and project based
    Monday.com is project based with layers
    smartsheet is the most advanced and can easily be expanded beyond meetings

    We use an online based system called Brightpod. It is very simple to use and we make each event into its own POD and then breakdown the event into individual task lists based on important areas of the event planning process. You can comment, assign out tasks, create due dates and customize. Super easy to use and has been very effective for us. Let me know if you need further information. Thanks!
