    Hi CMAC,

    The FACT Subcommittee has completed a draft of the Verified Facilitator Program overview and process, which has been reviewed by the ROMs and is now ready for CMAC input. This document was developed in response to a request from MPI leadership to strengthen understanding, consistency, and communication around the Verified Facilitator program.

    The draft includes the following components:

    1. Facilitator Profile Overview

    2. Selection Process Documentation

    3. Onboarding, Training & Communication Process

    The document is now available in the CMAC Library and is also attached to this thread for your convenience.

    Please review the draft ahead of our meeting on Monday, July 29. If you'd like to provide feedback in advance, feel free to reply directly to this thread with your remarks. Following CMAC feedback/revisions the document will be provided to MPI leadership.

    WOW I'm so impressed! This was clearly well thought out and thoroughly vetted. It really covers everything.

    I was involved in the creation of the Facilitator Program many years ago, as well as the interview and selection process, so I'm very familiar with the details and I found this recap to be incredibly inclusive of the program structure, selection process, and candidate considerations. I have nothing to add other than kudos on a really great job!

    Hi Nicole,

    This is really outstanding work!  Thank you for all of the time you have put into this project. 

    The facilitators are really at the core of steering our chapter boards in the right direction and having this process in place is going to ensure that we continue to have strong people in these vital roles. 

    Looking forward to our next CMAC call on the 29th where we can discuss this in further detail!
