He began his career managing university events in Rhode Island before moving into association leadership. Joining Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in 2013, he modernized global member communications and launched the organization’s chapter‑leader training webinars focusing on member recruitment and engagement strategies.
He later served as Chapter Business Manager for the Eastern U.S., overseeing 21 chapters, and then as a leader at DallasHR, a SHRM affiliated chapter, where he was responsible for driving chapter growth, engagement, and sponsorship strategy.
He returned to MPI in 2023 as Vice President of Community, leading global membership strategy, chapter performance, and volunteer engagement.
