Bio

I am a visionary nonprofit leader dedicated to encouraging others through innovation and service. I have extensive strength and experience in collaboration, problem-solving, fiscal accountability, strategic planning and communication. I have over 20 years of experience in event planning, and fundraising in the nonprofit sector, and marketing and design in the for-profit arena. After spending 17 years at LeadingAge Indiana, first as a Director and then as the Vice President of Training – coordinating all professional development training, conferences and trade shows, I left in 2019 to join Raybourn Group International as the Director of Client and Conference Services. I passionately believe in continual professional development and received my Certified Meeting Professional Designation (CMP) in 2009 and Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in 2014 and my Certificate in Meetings Management (CMM) in 2016 . I am an active member in both the Meeting Professionals International Indiana Chapter (MPI) & the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE) and currently serve as the co-chair of the ISAE Professional Development Committee and am a member of the Chapter Membership Advisory Council for MPI. I graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a B.A. in Advertising & Marketing, as well as a minor in Studio Arts from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I am a sporadic blogger, but most importantly I am a mom and wife.
