    Hi Everyone! 

    Wanting to ask if anyone is using an event recap document that they would be willing to share here? This is an area that I'm trying to improve this year and would love a few ideas to make this very beneficial. Appreciate any ideas that you would be willing to share.

    Brent,

    Our post event recaps are called "Reflects" - where the entire team/client add comments in a shared doc, based on a simple structure  - then we have a group discussion honing in on key areas of learning to inform/apply the next program

    • "what would make ember better, and my team mates should know"

    • CELEBRATE! 

    • START[doing]

    • STOP [doing]

    • CONTINUE [doing]

    • ACTIONS TO INFORM/APPLY TO NEXT PROGRAM
