Meeting and Event Executives

Hello and Happy New Year! I have a growing events team with some folks who come from private venues. Most of our events are at hotels and I would like to provide some training around how the hotel business works so they can have a better understanding about how to negotiate and relate to hotel contacts. Are there any mini-courses that exist or even recommended youtube videos that anyone has used?

I would just ask a friend or even a business partner who works in the hotel industry to arrange for a short talk. I am sure one of the hotels where you have done events would be happy to give you a short presentation.
