My day starts very early here on the west coast because I handle the Northeast market --- I typically arrive at work between 6-6:30 a.m. each day in order to maintain the same schedule as my colleagues in PA, NY, NJ, DE, VT, CT, ME, NH, RI and MA.
This schedule works very well for me because my bio-rythm is early bird and I'm most productive in the early morning hours. However, the Monday after a time change, special event, being on the road or WHATEVER, often tends to be very difficult and today I'm finding myself a bit drained.
Please share some of the techniques, activities, eye-openers you use when your body clock gets a little out of sync! I think it would be great to have some tips and believe your recommendations will help everyone!
