Kelley joined Association Services Group, an association management company, in 2013 and began as a Program Coordinator for meetings and events. After two years in this position, Kelley was promoted to management as Director of Conference Services, a new department and position at the time. In this role, Kelley oversees meeting management for trade associations and professional organizations seeking conference and meeting planning, budget and financial oversight, registration coordination, site selection, hotel and venue contract negotiation and management, exhibitor, sponsor, and volunteer management, etc.
In 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kelley earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and became Association Service Group's first Certified Meeting Professional since the company was founded in 1995.
Prior association, meeting and event experience was gained from working with March of Dimes Georgia Chapter in Atlanta and Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge, GA.
Prior to earning her CMP, Kelley received a certificate in Event and Meeting Management from the University of Georgia, and a certificate in Event Planning from Clayton State University.
Kelley's personal time is spent making memories with two of her favorite people - her niece and nephew, Adalyn and McCoy. Her hobbies include traveling for fun, sharing a great meal with friends and family, reading, novice quilting and sewing (mostly for Adalyn and McCoy).
