Abeer Srouji Allen is Co Owner of The Eye Candy Family, a multi divisional company. Eye Candy Accessories with was launched in 2008 and Events by Eye Candy which was launched 2012.
Prior to launching Eye Candy with her sister Tania Srouji Abeer followed in her father’s footsteps and entered the world of banking where she progressively moved up in her career for 17 years holding various positions such as Branch Manager, Sector Manager, Non Profit/ Government Banking to name a few. During her time in the banking world, Abeer gained experience in leadership and finance, which, combined with her natural selling ability makes her a driving force at Eye Candy. In 2013 Abeer left her fulltime banking career to follow her passion and launched Events by Eye Candy. Abeer dedicates much of her time to non-profit work, Abeer and Tania have raised over $200,000 for local non-profits through Events by Eye Candy. They are dedicated to serving the community with their unique events—each one creating opportunities for businesses while “paying it forward” to local non-profits. They are a professional and positive force in Central PA committed to bringing people together and to create an environment of servant leadership through their events.
Abeer is married to Brooks Allen and also manages his company, Premier Paving and Sealcoating. Together they have a 3-year-old son, Grayson, who is the light of their life and keeps them on their toes.
