In my role I am responsible for recruitment and retention of members and volunteers across 30 counties.
Utilizing a full team of directors, managers, and coordinators to continue 2022-2023 membership growth of 8% into 2023-2024 growth to 19,200 members, which will be 6% growth. Sucess is generated from retention and recruitment strategies guided by clean data and an empowered team.
I live to enjoy life. Working is a necessary requirement of each week...but it CAN be fun and I do my best to make it so!! I love my job and work to earn my next ski vacation!
