In my 30+ years leading operations teams, invigorating business and bolstering profitability, I have been consistently driven by passion for creating exceptional customer experiences aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Serving in senior leadership positions most of my career enables me to bring a wealth of expertise in building high-performing teams and managing all aspects of business operations including budgeting, strategic planning/goal setting, cost containment and customer-base expansion.
As an industry leading professional, I have been an active member in International Live Event Association (ILEA) and Meeting Professionals International - Chicago Area Chapter (MPI-CAC), serving as President of the Chicago Chapter of ILEA for two terms and on the Board of Directors for MPI-CAC for 5 years, including President in 2014. My industry leadership has led to several awards, including Induction into MPI-CAC’s Hall of Fame and recipient of ILEA’s “Most Creative Solution” Esprit Award for producing awe-inspiring press conference for Westin Hotel’s launch of its “Heavenly Bed”.
I have been called upon on dozens of occasions to share expertise with industry colleagues as well as numerous organizations (American Rental Association, ILEA, MPC-CAC, Meetings Technology Expo) and universities (Kendall College, College of DuPage and Roosevelt University).
