I have the unique distinction of being the only Independent Meeting Planner professional between Stockton and Bakersfield and my mission is simple --to provide quality meeting management services to companies, organizations and agencies that do business here in California. I specialize in the planning, logistics and execution of small meetings (100 or less attendees).
There is no shortage of event planners who plan meetings, or meeting planners who plan events. My area of expertise is event management within the meetings industry and I am committed to providing organizations that host smaller-scale meetings the personalized experience they may not find with large meeting and event planning companies. What I bring to the meeting planning experience is twenty-plus years of project management, strategic planning, customer service, public relations and marketing experience. Included in my meeting professional wheelhouse are time management and interpersonal skills, accountability, diplomacy, reliability, attention to detail, creativity, solid writing skills, flexibility and what I feel is the most important attribute for a meeting planner professional to have --patience. I am committed to building long-term business relationships with each individual I collaborate with.

I am a hands-on meeting management professional and take full ownership of a project. Whether it’s a pharmaceutical speaker program meeting for 15, a continuing medical education session for 40 or a day-long healthcare conference/symposium for 75 --I will plan, coordinate and manage every aspect of your small meeting event in accordance with the Physician Payments Sunshine Act or other regulatory compliance.
