Penny Allphin, CHME, a seasoned hospitality executive with 25 years’ experience has joined the Aris Hospitality Management’s team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ms. Allphin’s successful career has included not only working with the top branded hospitality companies but specializing in independent hotel and resort properties. She brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership in revenue generation, group sales, contract and rate negotiation and strategic client development. Her passion for sales and marketing and the hospitality industry as a whole has led her to serve on the boards of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and Meeting Professionals International.
