A native New Yorker raised on the Lower East Side in New York City, 3rd generation in the Travel Industry, 2nd generation as an hotelier. Introduced to the world of travel by my grandmother who worked at the New York Convention Bureau, and my mother who was affiliated with luxury hotels and cruiselines worldwide. As a result, I developed a passion for the hospitality and travel industry which seems contagious in my family.
My career has been well rounded having worked for some of the world’s finest luxury hotels, hotel chains and Cruiselines. For hotels I worked both on property, as well as regional positions specializing in enlarging the Group and Incentive Markets for properties in Monte Carlo, Russia, France, Italy, Americas,Caribbean, and the USA.
In 2002, I formed my own company – The Carroll Group - specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations solutions for Independent Luxury Hotels located in major cities, and from regal resorts to eco friendly safaris in the Caribbean. Almost 10 years later my company continues to grow and flourish.
In 2010, I began working with HPN Global to support corporations in planning and executing large and small meetings and events both domestic and international. This exciting opportunity also supports the knowledge & expertise I have gained from the supplier side of the travel industry, contributing to locating and contracting ideal locations for meetings and events worldwide.
