WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: I pay much attention to detail and love to provide out of ordinary products/services. I consider myself and my team an extension of my clients’ office onsite. I am much quality and service oriented and there isn't an "impossible" task if the client wants it done!
WHO I WORK WITH: Through my local knowledge and flexibility, I help planners from all over the world look good! I take care of the ground services, so they can take care of their other areas of expertise.

• Select the right location and services, taking into consideration the expectations and budget of your clients.
• Grow the repeat clients’ ratio, just like we have it in our company (over 37% per year!)
• Increase your revenue margin through our specially negotiated rates, based on my excellent relationship with our suppliers throughout Germany.

🚀 I took over the management of my company Weichlein Tours + Incentives in 2012 and have multiplied our staff and revenue by more than 400%, steadily growing every year
🏆 We deliver successful programs for over 30,000 guests and EUR 5M per year.
🙋 I have developed an infrastructure in the company where we have specialized in groups larger than 500 guests, although this same structure allows us to cater for groups of smaller size.
